KYVALLEY CLICHY (8) doesn’t draw particularly well here but I think on class he does have the edge on almost all of his rivals here. If BRANDLO PRINCE (6) does zoom over to lead then he will clearly be a hard nut to crack but I’m not sure it’s that simple so at the price I’m willing to back in my top pick.
SUGGESTED BET: $20 Win on Kyvalley Clichy (8) at $3 or better.

I’m not totally shocked that THE DEAL (9) has come up pretty tight in the mark given the dro pin class but I thought SASSYFEET (1) was excellent last time and draws to be a real factor again so for the second straight race I’m pretty keen to be involved with the top pick, this time and even better value.
SUGGESTED BET: $20 Each Way on Sassyfeet (1) at $5 or better

There’s not a lot of juice in this market with PAYUP ORLEAVE (7) knocking on the door and MISTER JOE MAJOR (1) the main threat so from a betting perspective it’s probably the Early Quaddie that will be our main play.

Similar to the previous race, this has come up pretty much as a mirror to how I saw it so as a race in two, possibly three, it again looks like a race where it’s best to let the market settle and simply hope we’re still involved in the abovementioned Early Quaddie.

Confidence:
LEONIDAS (8) is the deserved favourite based on his recent form but this isn’t the easiest draw to deal with. If there is to be a danger his stablemate IDEAL STAR (7) is airborne but he keeps bumping in to the likely odds on favourite.

Confidence:
WOBELEE (6) is one of the best handful of trotters in the nation already and even though he resumes from a break here, and you could build an argument he floats a bit in front, in almost every scenario that unfolds here, it is hard to see him being beaten. BIG JACK HAMMER (9) is the obvious if you wanted to play wider or savers in Quaddies.

Confidence:
When you first look at this market and see BRINGITONHOME (9) as an odds-on favourite there is no doubt it’s a bit jarring but I’m expecting improvement out of the last run so he does look an obvious candidate to play one out in Quaddies. BLINGITTOTHEMAX (10) will be running home and the race doesn’t entirely end there but it would be a surprise if one of the top two don’t win.

REACTOR NOW (3) is getting to his right price around $1.40 now with OBI ONE (5) the only real danger. The market will be worth monitoring but with LOUIS SEDGEWICK (1) drawn to advantage, it becomes a pretty nice trifecta race.
