SELECTIONS: GLENLINE (9), DOT BALL (3), GOZO MAJOR (7), TEX GOES BANG (6)

OVERVIEW: GLENLINE (9) settled four back on the outside, came out three horses wide from the 600m and finished off reasonably well for fourth behind Altius at Bendigo last outing. He possesses a strong finishing burst and should be hard to hold out in the run to the finish. DOT BALL (3) has been placed in five of her past six starts and looms as one of the leading chances. She worked home well for second behind GOZO MAJOR (7) at Cranbourne last outing. GOZO MAJOR (7) was successful after trailing the leader two starts ago then followed with a creditable fourth behind Spun Silver, where he was caught wide early then dropped back to a rearward position before working home well. He is widely drawn again but is capable of figuring in the finish. TEX GOES BANG (6) raced without cover throughout when second at Cranbourne three starts ago and is not without a chance.

EARLY SPEED: 1 (possible leader), 6,7
