SELECTIONS: ZIPPIN PAST (9), INSULATOR (8), DONNYOSKO (3), REGAL GALA (5)

OVERVIEW: ZIPPIN PAST (9) was able to win by a large margin at her debut performance and should prove hard to beat again. Admittedly, most of the field galloped during her first up victory but she appeared to be very professional and she was confidently backed after several good trial performances. INSULATOR (8) led throughout to win comfortably at his debut. He followed with a second behind ZIPPIN PAST (9) when he broke stride and lost approximately 80m, chased hard, got to second then broke stride under pressure in the latter stages. He has ability and is a winning chance if he delivers a fool proof display. DONNYOSKO (3) settled in a nice trailing position early, broke stride at the 1200m and lost approximately 20m before recovering for third at his debut. He has won a trial since and is worth an investment. REGAL GALA (5) broke stride when behind the leader and finished a distant third at his debut. He began fast when he won a trial prior so he is capable of giving a forward showing.
