OVERVIEW: TALKNPLAY (7) has performed extremely well at his two starts since December and is a good chance of completing a hat trick. He completely dominated his rivals when scoring by a very large margin at Kilmore last outing and scored with something in hand at Swan Hill prior. BETTOR DOO (5) finished off best from a nice trailing position when he scored at Melton last outing. He is awkwardly drawn but is meeting a field of similar quality and should go well again. FLEUR BELLA (6) began quickly to find the lead and kicked on strongly to defeat EAGLEYE (9) at Mildura last outing. She has won three of her past five starts and looms one of the leading chances again. THE AFRICAN QUEEN (10) finished off nicely for third at Mildura last outing and rates as a value hope.
