OVERVIEW: An excellent race to start the day, ULTIMATE VINNIE (8) should be ready to peak fitness wise for this and from a nice trailing draw can settle handy early and then work his way forward. Hard to hold out. YOUNG BLUEY (7) resumes here and does have loads of ability and was racing against some top opposition prior to the break.  A major chance. Both LETSROCKLETSROLL (5) and LITTLE LOUIE (4) are very talented pacers and with suitable trips can figure in the finish. All eyes will be on former promising pacer SANTA CASA BEACH (6) resuming and hasn’t raced since December 2021. A recent trial winner and a must watch. Another plagued injured pacer DENIS WILLIAM (3) resumes here for a new stable now under the care of talented trainer Adam Stephens. Trials have been encouraging. Can run well fresh. Both HES ALL TORQUE (1) and SWEETPASSION (2) have good ability and nice draws to be place and first four hopes.

OVERVIEW: ICANMOTOR (9) racing well and placed at his past two starts and looks suited here and should prove hard to beat. JOHNNY REDCOAT (5) good effort last start and drawn to be handy again here and can give a big sight. KEMPSEYS DELIGHT (8) can measure up against these though the barrier draw isn’t favourable. Can’t be dismissed.  ONE OFF (2) resumes here and draws well and can run well fresh. Has claims. Both DI ANGELO (3) and ALOOK TO LIKE (4) will be running on late and have place chances whilst CRIME BOSS (6) LIVERMERE (7) and IM MOLLY MALONE (1) can sneak into the first four placings.

OVERVIEW: RASENGAN (9) has had 25 starts without winning to date though has teased to win on many occasions. Should be at peak fitness and has been running on late and gets another chance here to break his maiden status.  The David Murphy trained runners MET WITH A SHRUG (7) and PLEASANT SURPRISE (1) resume and both have trialled well and have good scope for improvement. Expect forward showings. HAPPY ESCAPE (6) did things wrong last start but his prior form was good for a race of this class. Definite chance. BILLYSOPHIA (4) was held up at a crucial spot last start, improving and is not out of this. ALDEBARAN DENBAY (2) resumes here and has shown ability and might run well fresh.

OVERVIEW: Good race with first starters KAIKO JETT (2) SOHO AMARYLLIS (1) and FAMISHED (8) are primed for their race debuts and are showing good ability at the trials. All three youngsters have the draws to be handy. Expect strong showings and the hallmark for an interesting race. ONE GOLDEN DEAL (6) will be improved by her first up run from a spell when running on late. Definite chance. THE ULTIMATUM (10) in the astute care of David Drury and placed in a recent trial but faces a challenging draw. Both TRIP TO PARIS (3) and DARK AND HANDSOME (4) have race experience and must be respected.

OVERVIEW: WATCH AND ACT (11) does face a big drop-in class and despite having a back mark handicap looks well placed and should prove hard to hold out. MECARNO (10) will strip fitter for his first up run and does have ability. Can make his presence felt. ATABOY CHARLIE (1) a winner under these conditions two starts ago and if he steps in front, he will give them plenty to chase. BOUTIKA (2) chased determinedly last start and must be respected. ALDEBARAN ANTON (3) races well under these conditions and can figure in the finish. MAXIMEZ (9) talented trotter resuming, first try from the stand but can threaten if forward enough in condition. APEX (7) capable trotter that has been freshened up and likes these conditions. Not out of it. PARIS JAMILLA (8) good win last start, harder here and has been risky from the stand in the past. Take on trust.

OVERVIEW: SIR NIPPA (8) is racing very well and looks suited here though faces a tricky draw. If the breaks come his way he will be hard to hold out. LEWIELEWIS (6) will be peaking fitness wise for this and hasn’t been far away against stronger opposition. A major chance. HUXHAM CHUBB (1) is very honest and if she can hold up from the draw she can figure in the finish. Both OPTIMAL (9) and FEELINGOODFREDDIE (11) are suited here and expect them to be running on strongly at the finish. MEDIA MOGUL (4) can be an improver whilst last start winner HANOVER JACK (5) has claims again.

OVERVIEW: FOXY TWO GLOVES (3) didn’t have the best of luck last start though the run was inconclusive. Drawn well and capable mare at her best and is worthy of another chance here. PICK UP ELVIS (9) going well and keeps stepping up, harder here but you can’t knock his winning record.  Both RANGER RICK (5) and NOSWEETSFORYOU (1) have favourable draws to utilise their early speed and have good ability. They are in the mix of chances to figure in the finish. Both EMILY VINCENT (10) and THE SPORTZ STAR (4) are opportunist runners that have claims with suitable trips.

OVERVIEW: MAXY CAN DANCE (10) has proven to have plenty of raw ability and was narrowly beaten last start at Melton. A major chance. The Barry Finnis trained runners QUEEN LILIBET (9) and LOUISE LUCK (1) are first up and have shown ability. Expect forward showings. JAMES GARNER (4) can be improved from the front line draw and has claims. The Rebecca East trained runners GRINNING BEACH BOY (3) EASTRBRO KOZZY (5) and WE FAVOUR ROSIE (11) have ability and can be amongst the chances whilst KATUNGA EXPRESS (12) will be running on late.
