Fame and Dreams beckon as Hunter Cup noms revealed

Inter Dominion champ Leap To Fame, Miracle Mile winner Catch A Wave, Kiwi next big thing Dont Stop Dreaming and Ballarat Cup winner Kanena Provlima are among the hopefuls eyeing a tilt at the SENTrack A G Hunter Cup.

Twenty-one horses have nominated for Victoria’s richest race, with Harness Racing Victoria’s field selection panel having the difficult task of producing a final field of 12 on Monday.

That field, to be revealed on thetrots.com.au on Monday afternoon, will then be drawn live on Tuesday morning, when Brittany Graham is joined by Ryan Phelan on Sky Racing’s On The Pace program from 9am.

The program will also reveal the fields for the Yabby Dam Farms Great Southern Star heats, for which nominations close at noon on Monday.

The SENTrack A G Hunter Cup nominations consist of six pacers from New South Wales, two from Queensland and New Zealand visitor Dont Stop Dreaming.

The TAB has Leap To Fame a $1.40 favourite in its future market, with Kiwi Dont Stop Dreaming $7 and Beyond Delight best of the rest.
