Final charge not enough as TAB punter falls short of near 40k collect

It was a case of close but no cigar for one TAB customer who backed Final Bow at Charlton last week.

The Ross Graham-trained pacer finished strongly for second, but fell just under 3m short and missed a huge collect for the punter who placed $4150 on the horse at $9.50.
