Our team has worked hard to put measures in place and communicate those processes to the industry in a bid to protect the health and wellbeing of participants and staff. That is our chief concern.
This COVID-19 situation is unprecedented but I want to thank the entire industry for the way in which you have all banded together so far. I have been thankful for the way in which industry kindred bodies, participants, staff and clubs have responded to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
We will be providing many more updates as this situation continues to evolve and we will constantly be reviewing our position. We’ll be following the advice of the medical chiefs on the frontline and we’re committed to constant consultation with industry bodies and the State Government, as well as passing on information to our people.
