3/2 Bettor Beach – Kate Gath/Emma Stewart
Bettor Beach made one of the more explosive debuts you’ll see, producing a finishing burst well beyond her age and experience. She accounted for her main danger Arrhythmia on that occasion, and with natural improvement second-up, it’s hard to see the tables turning.

Race 4 – 2240m Mimosa Homes Breeders Crown (2yo Trotting F) Final (G1)
4/7 Harperseven – Chris Alford/Jayne Davies
Harperseven has returned in sensational order, winning the Vicbred at long odds and backing it up with a dominant heat performance over Jilliby Aura. If she finds the top and the map suggests she can, she’ll take plenty of running down.

5/3 Keayang Bazlenka – Jason Lee/Marg & Paddy Lee
Keayang Bazlenka, another emerging star from the prolific Lee stable, has won five of six including the G1 Vicbred in powerful fashion. He lacks gate speed, but his reliability and finishing burst give him the edge over a group still learning their craft.

6/7 Beach Diamond – Cameron Hart/Emma Stewart
Beach Diamond has arguably been one of the standout 3YOs this season, and her battles with Soho Americano at the top level have been compelling, although, they look to be trending in different directions. With a decisive barrier draw advantage, Beach Diamond holds all the cards.
