Former talented local pacer Sahara Miss is now making her mark as a broodmare.

On Sunday night Sahara Miss left two winners at the Cranbourne meeting in Sahara Tiger and Sahara Sirocco.

In addition, Sahara Sunrise, a daughter of Sahara Miss, also left the winning two-year-old filly Sahara Storm on Sunday night, keeping the results all in the family.

The horses are trained for a happy group of owners by Gary and Debbie Quinlan at Drouin West and the trio were driven by Chris Alford.

Chris drove six of the eight winners on Sunday night, the second time in his career he has achieved such a feat.

His haul also included local winners Tanabi Falcon for trainer Rob Evans and owner/breeders Rob and Shirlene Trickey, and Leosabi, also for the Quinlan stable.

Warragul Harness Racing Club president Steve Austen also landed a winner on the night with Priddy Easy.
