Harness Racing Victoria has made significant strides in its transformation to financial sustainability, which are outlined in today’s release of the 2024-25 Annual Report.

The HRV group’s performance represented a $14.2 million improvement year-on-year before operational grants, having achieved year two of its turnaround program to be on course to break even in FY26.
