Melbourne’s airwaves will today pay special tribute to Gavin Lang, with Talking Trots on Track and RSN Central providing extended coverage to the late, great reinsman.
There will also be extensive coverage on RSN 927, where Adam Hamilton will join RSN Central host Gareth Hall from 10.30am to 11.30am to pay their respects to Lang.
Joining them will be Mick McGuane, Chris Lang, Andrew Peace, John Caldow, David Aiken, Cran Dalgety and Anthony Butt, and they will share a “powerful statement” from Gavin’s wife Meagan.

Friends and colleagues of Lang, who passed on Friday after a battle with cancer, will also join Jason Bonnington and Blake Redden through today’s two-hour edition on SEN Track.
The Talking Trots On Track hosts will be joined by John Caldow (from 11.10am), Greg Sugars (from 11.20am), Nathan McGowan (from 11.50am), Jodi Quinlan (from noon), Glenn Douglas (from 12.15pm) and Tom Hogan (from 12.30pm) to pay tribute to the brilliant reinsman.
