The all-important second round of SENTrack Inter Dominion heats will get all star coverage from 4.35pm tonight at the home of Victorian harness racing, TrotsVision.com.au.
Trots expert Michael Guerin has flown in for Night 2 of the series at Shepparton and will join Ryan Phelan, Adam Hamilton, Jason Bonnington, Shannon O’Sullivan and caller Dan Mielicki for the broadcast.
Ballarat set the scene for a wonderful ID22 carnival last Saturday, with horses collecting their first points towards tallies that connections hope will be big enough to win a spot in rich grand finals on December 10.
Three pacing and three trotting heats will fill races 5-10 tonight, with all qualifiers over the 1690m sprint trip.
The series moves to Geelong for the third and final round of heats on Saturday, with the top 12 horses on points securing a place in respective pacing and trotting grand finals.
The points scale is as follows: 1st (16), 2nd (13), 3rd (11), 4th (9), 5th (8), 6th (7), 7th (6), 8th (5), 9th (4), 10th (3), 11th (2) and 12th (1).
