Ringer Wells steps out second-up for top trainer Andy Gath, looking to bounce back after disappointing as a short-priced favourite last time. He loomed strongly, before shortening stride late, but his form as a three-year-old in top company suggests he has plenty of upside. With natural improvement under Gath’s guidance, he’ll be tough to beat.
