This year’s Angelique Club Pryde’s EasiFeed Victoria Cup Barrier Draw Dinner will take place at the Amora Hotel in Richmond on Tuesday October 8.
Hear from a group of young trots participants as the longstanding Angelique Club celebrates the powerful and ever-increasing role of women in harness racing with host Alexandra Hurley.
The official Pryde’s EasiFeed Victoria Cup barrier draw component of the function will be hosted by HRV’s Jason Bonnington and Nikkita Ross, with excited connections drawing their marble for the $250,000 Group 1 Grand Circuit event.
“This is always a fabulous function and changing the event to an evening this year will only add to the lively atmosphere,” Angelique Club’s Judy Rothacker said.
The Victoria Cup race itself is shaping as a stellar contest this year with Inter Dominion 2018 winner Tiger Tara current TAB favourite at $2.75, ahead of Our Uncle Sam, Buster Brady, Cruz Bromac, Maraetai, Phoenix Prince, Born To Rocknroll, Colt Thirty One, Ignatius, Rackemup Tigerpie, Wrappers Delight, Cant Refuse and San Carlo.
