Remi Lou finds a suitable race here following some solid efforts against stronger opposition. Her run last start at Geelong she had to be dragged back from a wide draw and found the line very well behind a smart one. She has early speed, and even though I’m not certain she will find the lead, she can sit parked and win.

Redbank Molly is on the backup from on Charlton on Friday where she was finding the line well behind Markleigh Caz. The map looks ok here for her to press forward and race in a handy position. She’s been thereabouts for while now and she’s nearing a win and is worth a small play.

Jeremy Lou is having his third start for new trainer Sam Barker and it’s fair to say it’s been a rollercoaster. He was terrific in leading all the way before going for a freshen up. On resumption he was a short-priced favourite and not much went right including some gear issues. I’m willing to back the camp to get him to bounce back here in a big way.
